Annette Hird: Horticulturist & Expert Gardener

My love of gardening started as a teenager. When I was in my 30's, I completed an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Horticulture. At the same time, I tended a lovely large homestead garden and then worked in various commercial nurseries as a propagator.
I've spent the last few years improving & tending many different gardens in all the different places I've lived and grow many different types of vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers.
I love watching the garden change with the seasons and find joy in seeing the results of my work.
